Wintomic Blocked My Account With Over $3,600 Balance

I created my Wintomic website account on 28 June 2026 and, after completing the requested verification, my account was blocked on 2 July 2026. My Wintomic username is +2347036558***. I was informed that I needed to attend a video interview with the security team. I immediately indicated my availability for this interview, but more than 12 hours have passed without Wintomic proposing or agreeing on any time for the call. Despite this, my account remains blocked and I cannot access my funds, which were over 3,600 USD at the time my account was blocked. I have not violated any of Wintomic’s Terms and Conditions, so blocking my account under these circumstances feels very unfair and creates serious concern and distrust. I emailed the Wintomic security department on 2 July 2027 regarding this situation, and I have not received any response to my last email. I request that Wintomic urgently allow me access to my funds without further delay, and either promptly schedule the video interview or complete whatever review they consider necessary within a clear and reasonable timeframe. I expect a written explanation for the blocking of my account and a swift resolution of this issue.
