WhatsApp Verification SMS and Call Not Received on Honor XB5

I am using an Honor XB5 phone and I have been unable to verify my WhatsApp number since Friday. When I try to verify my account, I do not receive either the SMS verification code or the verification call from WhatsApp, so I cannot complete the setup. I contacted WhatsApp support about this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation from them. My mobile operator is working normally and I can receive other SMS and calls, so this problem seems to be specific to WhatsApp’s verification process. I request that WhatsApp explain clearly why I am not receiving the verification SMS and calls, and if there is any restriction or technical problem on my number or account, that it be removed so I can verify and use WhatsApp again.
