WhatsApp Security Issue After Silent Video Call From Unknown Number

On May 13, at approximately 1:05 PM, I received a video call on WhatsApp from the number +60 11-6085 7461, which is registered under the name İ*** K****. When I answered the call, there was no audio or video from the other side, and the call lasted for about 21 seconds before it ended.

I am seriously concerned because calls like this can be misused, especially given the possibility that video call recordings could later be used for blackmail or other malicious purposes. So far, I have not received any threats, money demands, or other negative follow-ups from this number. However, I want to document this incident to prevent any potential problems in the future.

I have a screenshot of the call, clearly showing the call duration, phone number, and caller name. I am requesting that this number be investigated, that security measures be taken if necessary, and that I be informed immediately if this number attempts to misuse my images or personal information.
