I have been using the WePlay Game app on my iPhone since the end of August, linked to my Facebook account. Since October, I have been paying regularly for a VIP account in the app. On 26.01.2026, my VIP account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. After the suspension, I contacted the WePlay support. They suspected that I might be underage and therefore requested a copy of my ID card. I submitted my ID as requested, but despite this verification, my account has not been reactivated, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation. My VIP subscription is still running, and the fee for February has already been charged, but I cannot use my account, and I am also unable to cancel the subscription from within the app due to the suspension. I therefore request that my WePlay account be unlocked as soon as possible so that I can use my VIP benefits again and manage or cancel my subscription myself.
