WePlay Permanently Blocks User Account Without Warning

I am writing regarding my sister’s WePlay account, which was permanently blocked on March 13 in India without any explanation. She did not receive any prior warning, notice of violation, or any clear reason for this action. The sudden permanent block has caused her significant inconvenience. Her ID number is 78458340.

After the block, she attempted to contact WePlay customer support to understand what had happened and to request a review of her account. However, despite reaching out to support, she has not received any response or clarification to date.

We respectfully request that my sister’s WePlay account be urgently reviewed and reactivated if the block was made in error. Additionally, we request a clear written explanation stating the exact reason for the permanent block and the specific policy on which this action was based. We expect this matter to be handled transparently and resolved as quickly as possible.
