WePlay Account Locked and Chat Features No Longer Accessible

On 20 June 2026 in the morning, my WePlay chatting account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Since then, whenever I open WePlay and try to use my account, it always shows that my account is blocked and I can only talk to my friend and not with anyone else. No matter how many times I try, the account stays blocked and does not get unblocked. I had downloaded and started using WePlay around the 25th and was using it only for chatting. I did not receive any email or message from WePlay explaining the reason for blocking my account, so I do not know what policy I may have violated or why this action was taken. I request that my WePlay chatting account be checked and completely unblocked, or that I am at least clearly informed about the exact reason for the block so that it can be corrected and I can continue using the application normally.
