WePlay Abuse Reports Ignored – IDs Not Banned Despite Proof

I am a user of the Weplay app in India and recently I was subjected to gali and abusive behaviour by some players during gameplay. These abuses happened inside the app and I have screen recordings where the incidents and the relevant IDs can be clearly seen, including IDs such as 80847***, 63511*** and 64729***. These users have already changed their names and display pictures, but their ID numbers in the videos are still the same, and I have already provided video proof for these accounts. So far, I have not seen any ban or punishment on these IDs and this makes me feel that maybe high‑level or “big” IDs are not being banned even when they clearly abuse other players. This situation has made my experience on the platform very negative and I am worried about continuing to play in such an environment. However, in the video evidence I have, their IDs are clearly visible and can be checked by your team. I request Weplay to review the screen recordings and the in‑app data, match and identify all of these abusive players by their ID numbers and take strict action against the responsible IDs without giving them special treatment. I want these accounts to be permanently sanctioned or banned if possible, and I expect a clear written response explaining what actions have been taken after your investigation.
