Request To Unban My WePlay Account

I am writing to raise a serious complaint about my WePlay social party account, which has been permanently banned without any valid reason. On 25/02/2026 at around 11:00 PM, I suddenly discovered that my account had been blocked. I have always followed the rules and I am not aware of committing any violation that would justify such an action. My WePlay user ID is Raja.jii and my UID is 89234***. I have invested a lot of time and money into this account and I feel deeply wronged by this ban. In total, I estimate that I have spent approximately ₹70,000 on this account. My Eid was completely spoiled because my account was blocked without any explanation, which has caused both financial and emotional distress. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the reason for the ban be clearly explained, and, if there is no concrete evidence of any rule violation, that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. I also ask you to take into consideration the significant amount I have spent on the platform and the impact this sudden, unexplained ban has had on me.
