I had been using my WePlay Games Party account regularly when it was suddenly and permanently blocked without any clear reason. I did not receive any explanation or specific message inside the application or by email stating why my account was banned, and I am sure I have not done anything wrong or against the rules. This situation has caused me a lot of inconvenience because I used this account actively, and it was important for my gaming activities. I kindly request that my WePlay Games Party account be checked again in detail, and if there is no valid reason, that my account be reactivated as soon as possible or that I be given a clear explanation for this permanent block.
