I Was Banned From Weplay From Unfair Spam Reporting

My Weplay account was permanently banned from voice chat for “bullying” but I believe this decision is unfair. In 2024 I joined a voice chat, said “hi” and other users told me to “gtfo.” I only replied that I wanted to stay in the room, and then they spam‑reported me. After these reports, my account was permanently banned for bullying even though I did not insult, threaten or harass anyone. It seems the reporting system was abused in this situation, and the ban was given without a fair review. I am attaching a screenshot of the ban message and error code. I kindly request that you review my case in detail, check the voice chat logs and context, and remove the permanent voice chat ban on my account so that I can use Weplay normally again.
