We PDF renewed my subscription; how can I cancel it?

If We PDF renewed your subscription and you want to stop future charges,

Check your subscription first;

• Sign in to your We PDF account and use the Unsubscribe option. We PDF says you can disable automatic renewal at any time through your account settings, provided you do so no later than the day before your next automatic billing date.

• If you cannot cancel online, contact We PDF at [email protected] or +1 929 416 2695 and request cancellation.

Gather evidence;

• Save:
– Your renewal receipt and charge details
– Subscription status
– Cancellation request
– Any cancellation confirmation

If you were already charged for the renewal, you can also ask We PDF for a refund.
