Wargaming.net or Wargaming. EU has made 5 consecutive transactions without my knowledge. They've charged my credit card as if I had made the purchases myself. I couldn't understand how they could conduct transactions without my consent. I use an Axess credit card. I immediately contacted the bank and reported suspicious activity. I've disabled the card for further use. They provided me with a dispute form for the charges. The process is still ongoing. However, I've been unable to file a complaint or request a refund from Wargaming.net. I've tried every avenue, but to no avail. I've never encountered anything like this before.
