I am experiencing a severe financial grievance regarding the website VibeShort due to ongoing subscriptions being continuously initiated in my name without my knowledge or consent. As a result of this situation, which began on May 13, a total of $15 was drawn from my credit card under the descriptor "Agile Quadrant Media Kwun Tong." The system attempts to initiate a new subscription and deduct fees every week, yet I never provided any such instructions to this website, nor do I have any record of initiating a subscription.

I demand that these unauthorized charges reflected on my credit card statement be stopped permanently, that all active subscriptions created under my name on VibeShort be cancelled, and that the improperly debited sum of $15 be fully refunded to my account. Furthermore, I request an investigation to end such unapproved subscription practices and to prevent similar grievances from recurring.
