VibeShort Card Fraud Leads to Cancelled Credit Card After Weekly Auto-Renewals

I am experiencing severe financial hardship regarding the website VibeShort, due to recurring subscriptions being continuously initiated in my name without my knowledge or consent. As a result of this issue, which began on May 13, a total of $15 was drawn from my Enpara credit card under the descriptor "Agile Quadrant Media Kwun Tong." On June 14 and June 21, the system once again attempted to initiate weekly subscriptions and deduct recurring fees in the same manner. However, I never provided any authorization to this website, nor do I have any record of initiating a subscription.

As soon as these unauthorized transactions were noticed, I contacted my bank to report the issue, and my card was cancelled due to security concerns. Despite taking this step, I have experienced a profound breach of trust and financial grievance due to transactions conducted under this merchant name and website.

I demand that these unauthorized charges reflected on my credit card statement be stopped permanently, that all active subscriptions created under my name on VibeShort be cancelled, and that the improperly debited sum of $15 be fully refunded to my account. Furthermore, I request an immediate technical and administrative investigation to end such unapproved subscription practices and prevent similar grievances from recurring.
