VFS Global Turkey—Unable to Get Latvia Visa Appointment, but Agents Offer Slots for €300-400

I've been trying to book an appointment for a Latvia visa through VFS Global Turkey, checking at least 5-6 times a day at different hours. Despite there being 11 service centers in Turkey for Latvia visas, I can't find a single available slot. However, interestingly, some agencies seem to offer appointments within a week for €300-400, essentially operating like a black market. I know you might say not to trust these agencies, but my friend, who urgently needed an appointment, used one of these agencies and got a slot. I emailed VFS Global about this appointment issue, and their only response was "high demand." But how is it possible that there's such "high demand" that the calendar always shows fully booked for individuals, yet these agencies seem to have access? It's clear they are working together and likely sharing these exorbitant fees. This needs to be addressed immediately—it's unfair and feels like a scam.
