VFS Global Australia Biometric Appointment Page Stuck. Can't Book My Tourist Visa

I have submitted an application for a tourist visa (600) to visit Australia and have successfully paid the required fee. Now I have to schedule a biometric appointment with VFS. When I enter all the necessary information on the VFS page, I notice that the appointment dates are inactive and appear in grey during the final step. Unfortunately, I am unable to click on them to schedule an appointment. I only have 14 days remaining for this appointment. I kindly request assistance from VFS officials.
