VFS Global Appointment System Not Functioning
I am currently studying in Poland and need to renew my visa. However, the VFS Global appointment system is completely dysfunctional. I’ve tried logging in multiple times, but the system fails to send the OTP. In most cases, I can’t even log in, and I receive an error message or a numbered error code asking me to try again later. Despite emailing their support, I keep receiving the same generic copy-paste response. My academic term starts on 1st October, and I haven’t even been able to secure an appointment yet. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, as it’s causing significant stress and delays.
