VFS Global Polish Visa Hassle

Can a visa appointment be this painful? I'm going to Poland for Erasmus, I have everything - acceptance letter, visa letter, dormitory certificate - but I can't get a VFS Global visa appointment. Forget about not having an appointment, I can't even log into the system. I've been trying to log in since 3:00 PM today, but to no avail. I send an email, and I'm told it's not a technical error, while others say to clear the cache 40 times. Calling customer service is a complete waste of time. They do absolutely nothing. All our months of effort will be wasted due to your absurd system and useless protocols. Find an urgent solution to this nonsense. While we've completed everything, you're ruining our efforts by making us wait for your appointment whims.

I have sent an email to the address you provided 3 times before, but it was of no help. Today, the system allowed me to create a new account and log in. I have been in the system since 8:30 in the morning, and I was in the system before and after the appointment times specified on your site. No long-term appointment for Erasmus was opened in any way. The only thing you can help with is opening a long-term appointment for Erasmus. I spent my entire day checking for appointments on the screen. The result is a big nothing.
