Can't Receive One-Time Password for France Visa Appointment on VFS Global

I've been trying to create an appointment on the VFS Global France page, but the one-time password (OTP) never arrives at the correct phone number or email address I provided, no matter how many different browsers I try. Because of this issue with the OTP, I haven't been able to book any appointments. This is extremely frustrating, and I urgently need a solution to resolve this problem. The inability to receive the OTP is blocking my entire process, and I can't proceed with my application. Please address this issue immediately and provide a fix so that I can receive the OTP and secure my appointment. Thank you.
