If VeryFit isn’t syncing steps or health data correctly with your device;

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the wearable is properly connected in the VeryFit app
• Open VeryFit and manually sync (pull down/refresh) to force data transfer
• Check app permissions and allow Bluetooth, background activity, location, and health access
• Restart your phone and re-pair the device (unbind, then bind again)
• Update VeryFit and your device firmware to the latest version
• Disable battery optimization for VeryFit so it can sync in the background

If the problem persists;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fix for data sync and accuracy issues
