If your watch won’t sync with VeryFit and data keeps lagging;
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the watch is actively connected inside the VeryFit app
• Open VeryFit and manually sync (pull down/refresh) to force data transfer
• Keep the watch close to your phone during syncing
• Check app permissions and allow Bluetooth, background activity, location, and health access
• Disable battery optimization or power-saving modes for VeryFit so it can run in the background
• Restart both your phone and the watch
• Unbind the watch from VeryFit, then re-pair it from scratch
• Update the VeryFit app and your watch firmware to the latest version
• Make sure no other fitness apps are trying to connect to the watch at the same time
