Varta 95 Ah Battery G795AH Fails Completely After Only 4.5 Months

On April 2, 2026, I purchased a 95 Ah Varta G795AH battery (Serial Number: A0555****11A0109). Although the battery is only four and a half months old, it completely drained and failed without warning, cutting off all electrical power to my vehicle. As a result, my car has been completely non-functional for three days.

There are no authorized Varta service centers or technical support locations in my immediate area. I submitted an official support form detailing the failure directly to Varta, but I have received no response or follow-up whatsoever. Being left stranded with an inoperable vehicle while corporate support completely ignores customer inquiries is unacceptable.

I demand that Varta immediately contact me to arrange a warranty evaluation and supply a brand-new, defect-free replacement battery. I expect prompt communication from Varta customer service to resolve this hardship without further delay.
