Varta 95 Ah Battery G795AH Fails Completely After Only 4.5 Months
On April 2, 2026, I purchased a 95 Ah Varta G795AH battery (Serial Number: A0555****11A0109). Although the battery is only four and a half months old, it completely drained and failed without warning, cutting off all electrical power to my vehicle. As a result, my car has been completely non-functional for three days.
There are no authorized Varta service centers or technical support locations in my immediate area. I submitted an official support form detailing the failure directly to Varta, but I have received no response or follow-up whatsoever. Being left stranded with an inoperable vehicle while corporate support completely ignores customer inquiries is unacceptable.
I demand that Varta immediately contact me to arrange a warranty evaluation and supply a brand-new, defect-free replacement battery. I expect prompt communication from Varta customer service to resolve this hardship without further delay.
Progress
I purchased a 95‑ampere Varta car battery from As Taşıt Yedek Parça in Ortaca, Muğla about five months ago. About four months after buying the battery, the vehicle suddenly stopped cranking. The gauge showed power between 8 and 6, the car made a sound like an electric saw and would not start. I had it thoroughly checked at various auto service centers; no fault other than the battery was found. When I temporarily installed an old battery for testing, the car ran without any problem.
I then took the battery to the dealer where I bought it; they accepted the product under warranty and said they would send it to the factory. However, even after about a month has passed, I have received no response regarding the battery, and the process has been unnecessarily delayed. During this time, the dealer did not provide a loan or replacement battery, so I cannot use my car properly and am suffering.
I request that the investigation of the battery’s warranty process be expedited, that I receive clear written information, and that my inconvenience be remedied either by replacing the battery with a new one or by providing an appropriate solution promptly.
