Valorant System Error Caused Crashes and Unfair 3-Day Ban
While playing Valorant today, I experienced severe freezing, stuttering, and lag during matches. The game suddenly kicked me out and displayed a “system error” message, followed by a warning that my graphics card storage was full. My PC is an Asus TUF with an RTX 4060 GPU and i5 14400F CPU, which should be more than capable of running the game smoothly. This issue happened for the first time today and occurred in two consecutive matches.
During the second match, while playing in the Climb (Tırmanış) mode, I was unfairly given a 3-day ban due to being disconnected. This penalty is completely unjust, as the disconnection was caused by a technical error beyond my control. My game ID is sit #n*.
I attempted to reach Riot Games support, but the system was difficult to navigate, and I could not get adequate assistance. I request that the 3-day ban be lifted immediately and that the technical error be investigated so other players are not wrongly penalized for system-related crashes. I expect Riot Games to resolve this issue fairly and restore my ability to play without restriction.
