Valorant PS5 Account “Angel ert” Wrongfully Given 13-Day AFK Ban

Today, while playing Valorant on PlayStation 5, I had to leave the game due to an urgent personal matter. As a result, the system automatically issued me a 13-day AFK penalty. My username is Angel ert. This punishment is extremely unfair because I did not intentionally abandon the game—it happened because of a compulsory situation that was beyond my control.

I have not contacted the support team about this before, but I feel it is important to report since such a long ban for a one-time emergency is too harsh. I request that this penalty be reviewed and removed so I can return to the game. I kindly ask Riot Games to consider the circumstances and provide a fair resolution.
