Valorant Account Permanently Banned, Unjustly Punished for Cousin's Cheat Attempt
Hello everyone. On the morning of 02/01/2024, amidst economic struggles and unemployment-induced crises, I woke up to the distressing news that my account, where I've invested over 5000₺ in the past 3-4 years, has been permanently banned due to third-party software issues. Apparently, my cousin tried to use a cheat on my computer, resulting in his account being banned. The peculiar part is that the cheat he couldn't activate on his account led to my computer and, unbeknownst to me, my account being banned when I logged in. While I have no objection to my cousin's account being banned on my computer, it greatly upsets me that my account was banned without my knowledge. I've reached out to support multiple times, explaining the situation, but unfortunately, Valorant's automated response consistently denies any assistance, attributing it to a bot algorithm handling such matters. If a real person examines my account, they'll notice I've lost the last 7-8 matches, and my KDA scores are poor. Yet, I haven't been able to connect with anyone willing to help. Experiencing such injustice in a game I've enjoyed for 3-4 years is truly disheartening. I would appreciate it if they resolved this issue, but frankly, I don't hold much hope for a positive outcome.
