On September 17, 2025, my Valorant account (Endless#4841) was hacked and is now being used by other people. I discovered that my account had been listed for sale on a Russian account trading site, and the current user even communicates in Russian, claiming (through translation) that they purchased the account.
When I noticed this, I immediately tried to change my account information, but the verification code never arrives at the registered email address. Although the system says a code has been sent, I cannot receive it at all. Meanwhile, the hackers are logging into my account, playing games, and will likely either get my account banned or cause my rank to drop.
My account contains valuable skins and content that I saved up for and spent a lot of money on. While I did not have much VP left at the time of the hack (so no direct financial loss occurred), I still lost access to important exclusive items. For example, during this period, rare items like the Prime Vandal and Reaver Karambit appeared in my shop rotation, but I could not purchase them due to being locked out of my account—even though I had the funds to do so.
When I tried to contact Riot Games customer support, I encountered errors and could not reach them at all.
I urgently request that my account be restored to me, that its security be ensured, and that my grievance be resolved as quickly as possible. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I am reporting it from Kahramanmaraş, Turkey.
