If uMobix is showing outdated phone data only, remember it doesn’t truly push live updates like a chat app — instead it pulls data on a schedule, usually around every 5 minutes on Android but up to many hours on iOS depending on iCloud backup performance. That means slow sync isn’t a bug but how the system is designed.
To improve accuracy, make sure the target phone has a strong internet connection, the uMobix installation is fully completed with all permissions granted, and on iOS the iCloud backup is active and up-to-date, because stale or disabled backups directly slow data delivery to your dashboard.
