Umingle! Don't Ban Me For No Reason

I am writing to report that my normal user account on umingle.com was suddenly banned without any valid reason. This issue started yesterday, and when I try to log in, I directly receive a message stating that I am banned from the platform, without any additional explanation. I have not been informed of any violation, warning, or problem related to my account, and I do not understand why this action was taken. I live in the Philippines and was simply using the platform as a regular user when this ban occurred, which has caused me frustration and disappointment. I request that my account be reviewed urgently and that I be provided with a clear explanation for this ban.
