Umingle Banned My Account After I Typed “m14” in Chat

I am writing to report what I believe is a mistaken ban on my Umingle account and to request that my access be restored. I am a legal-age user from the Philippines and I was using Umingle on my laptop when the ban occurred on June 27, 2026. During a chat with another user, they asked me to type “m14.” I did not know what this meant, but shortly after I typed it, my account was banned. Because of this timing, I suspect that an automated moderation system may have flagged my account in error, even though I was using the platform appropriately. I have not yet been able to contact support directly and would appreciate it if you could review my account and the relevant chat logs. My account is linked to my Gmail address. I kindly request that you lift the ban on my Umingle account and restore my access, as I believe I have not violated your community guidelines.
