Umingle M15 Ban for “Under 18”: Adult Account Unban Request
I am an adult user of the Umingle website and I use the video chat feature. I am 23 years old, but my account has been given an M15 ban with the reason “Under 18”, even though this is not true. The ban is still active and I cannot use video chat anymore. On the website screen it shows that I am banned, with a Ban ID and a note that the reason is being under 18. It also shows an “Instant Unban” option with a payment amount in rupiah to remove the ban. I was only asked to send an M15 message and right after that I was banned and restricted from using video chat. I kindly request that my M15 ban be removed without any payment and that my video chat access be fully restored, because I am 23 years old and the reason for this ban is incorrect. I ask you to urgently review my account and lift this unjust ban.
