Umingle Instant Unban Dispute

I am writing about a ban that was just placed on my Umingle text chatroom account. A few minutes ago I made a joke message saying that I was underage, even though I am not actually under 18. Right after that, my account was banned with the reason shown as “Under 18” and a Ban ID of 45803a17. On the ban screen, I also see an “Instant Unban” option for $9.99. I understand you need to protect minors on the platform, but in this situation the ban was triggered by a joke message and does not reflect my real age. I have not contacted support about this before; this is my first attempt to have this issue reviewed. I kindly request that you review this ban, consider that the “underage” statement was a joke and not true, and remove the ban on my account without requiring any payment for “Instant Unban.” I would like to continue using the text chatroom normally in line with your rules.
