Umingle, I Got Banned For Not Violating Any Rules, Request Appealing

I have an account on Umingle which I was using on my iPad Air, and I have been suddenly banned even though I did not violate any rules. I had not used the app since Sunday, and when I wanted to use it again recently, I saw a screen saying that my account is banned with a ban ID and a reason written as “Gender Searching”. Inside the app people were actually skipping me first and I was not skipping anyone because of their gender. Despite this, my account was banned and now the app is asking me to pay to remove the ban, which I find unfair because I did not do anything wrong and I was using the app normally. This is also my first time experiencing a ban on Umingle. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban on my Umingle account be removed without any payment, since I believe this is a mistake and I have not violated the rules.
