I understand that Umingle is a random social chatting platform and not a dating site, and that asking for or filtering matches by gender disrupts the intended random experience and violates your guidelines. My actions were not intended to break your terms of service, and I now fully understand the rules for both text and video chat. I kindly ask that you manually review my Ban ID and lift the restriction on my device connection.
