Umingle Demands Payment to Unban My Account Despite Age Verification Error

I have been using the Umingle app with a regular user account for about six months without any issues. My account, registered with the email address hassan.925s***[email protected], was suddenly banned yesterday due to an alleged under-18 age issue, which is incorrect because I am 22 years old. The ban occurred while I was chatting with random users. One of them deliberately wrote “m15” in the chat, and I believe this was done on purpose to get my account flagged. After this, my account was banned, and I was very upset to see that I am now being told I have to pay money to have my account unbanned, even though I am legally 22 years old and have not misrepresented my age. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the ban be lifted, and my access restored without any payment requirement, as I have not violated the underage policy and was misled by another user’s message. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary action to unban my account and allow me to continue using the service.
