Umingle Wrongly Banned Me as Under 18 After a Chat Prank

I am writing regarding a wrongful “under 18” ban that was automatically applied to my Umingle access after a text chat incident. I was using Umingle on a Linux PC from the Philippines when another user told me to type “M15” as a supposed trick to zoom the screen. After doing this, my device was automatically flagged as belonging to a minor and banned by the system, most likely sometime last night. I am an adult and fully meet Umingle’s age requirements. The ban was not based on my real age but appears to be the result of this chat trick and an automatic detection error. This is an anonymous account, so I do not use a username or email address on Umingle. However, my Ban ID is cc54841e, and the reason shown is “Under 18.” At the time of the ban, my IPv4 address was 182.253.250.201, and my IPv6 address was 2001:4860:7:806::d0. I kindly request that you review this ban based on the Ban ID and my technical information, verify that I am an adult user, and lift the suspension so that my device and network can regain access to Umingle. Thank you in advance for your support and for correcting this automated mistake.
