Umingle Appeal For Banned Access

I am writing to appeal the restriction placed on my Umingle account, which I access via web browser, under Ban ID: 4d4923c9. On September 14, 2026 at around 11:00 PM, my account was banned by the automated moderation system for “Gender Searching,” and since then I have been unable to use the service. The ban appears to have been triggered after I accidentally typed a phrase that referred to gender or demographics. I did not know that asking about gender preferences or demographics violated the Umingle Community Guidelines and I had no malicious, inappropriate, or dating intent. I was only trying to start a friendly conversation in what I believed was a harmless way. I am an adult user who values a clean, respectful, and safe chat environment, and I fully understand and support your strict policy against gender searching. Now that I am clearly aware of this rule, I will strictly follow the guidelines from now on and will refrain from using any terms or phrases that might be interpreted as gender searching or targeting specific demographics. Since this situation resulted from a first‑time misunderstanding that was automatically flagged by the system, I kindly request that my case be reviewed manually and that the ban on my IP address be lifted so that I can continue using Umingle in full compliance with the rules.
