I am having a problem with the age verification process on my Umingle account. Yesterday I accidentally completed the verification using an expired ID. Since then, the system has denied my age verification and will not allow me to redo it with my valid, current ID. My account is effectively blocked even though I am over 18. I am clearly above the required age and I have a valid, in-date ID ready to upload, but the application only shows that my age verification is denied and does not give me any option to restart or correct the process. I request that my age verification be fully reset so that I can verify my age again with my valid ID and regain access to my account.
