Umingle ID Age Verification Denied And Email Not Valid
I am having a problem with the age verification process on the Umingle browser site. About 30 minutes ago, I tried to verify my age but accidentally uploaded an expired ID. Right after that, I attempted the process again with my current, valid ID, but the system denied me and did not allow the verification to go through. After this, I tried to contact you by email at [email protected], but I received a message stating that this was not a valid email address, so I could not reach your support team. In this situation, I kindly request that my verification process be reset so that I can verify my account properly using my current, valid ID and continue using the platform without restrictions.
