Umingle Age Verification İssue

I attempted to complete the age verification process on Umingle on 17 June 2026 and my verification was denied. I first scanned an online ID, thinking I could then scan my physical ID card on the back, but after doing this the system refused the verification and is not allowing me to re-submit my documents. Since the denial, I have been unable to repeat the age verification process, and the application does not provide me with an option to try again. I also tried to contact Umingle support, but when I use the email address provided it says that the email does not exist, so I have not been able to reach anyone about this issue. I kindly request that my age verification be fully reset so that I can re-submit my real physical ID properly and use the service without further problems.
