Umingle Account Banned for Gender Searching After Typing Error

I am an Umingle user and this morning, on 2 October, my account was suddenly banned from all features such as stranger chat and video with stranger. On the screen I see the message “You are banned” with Ban ID 677e878d and the reason is written as “Gender Searching”. The ban happened because I made a typo while entering my gender, which was an honest mistake and not an attempt to violate any rules or misuse the platform. I did not receive any prior warning or chance to correct this error before my account was completely restricted, and now I cannot use any of the main features. I kindly request that my account ban with Ban ID 677e878d be removed and my access to Umingle’s stranger chat and video features be fully restored. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed once more, taking into account that this was only a typing error when selecting my gender, and that I would like to continue using Umingle in line with the platform’s rules.
