Umingle account banned after chat misunderstanding and no explanation

I have been using Umingle’s video chat service and my account was suspended yesterday after a misunderstanding during a chat. Another user pressured and insisted that I “type stand up,” and to get them to stop, I eventually wrote the exact words “stand up” in the chat. Shortly after this, my account was banned with no further explanation, and I believe this is a temporary suspension, although the platform does not clearly state the duration. I did not use any offensive, explicit, or inappropriate language, and I did not violate the rules to my knowledge. The suspension appears to have been triggered only because I typed what the other user pushed me to write, which I think has been misinterpreted by your system or moderation team. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this suspension be lifted as soon as possible, as I would like to continue using the service in accordance with the rules. I also ask to be informed about the specific reason and duration of the suspension so that I can avoid any similar situations in the future.
