Uber Phone Number Blocked - Cannot Create New Passenger Account

I am requesting support regarding my Uber passenger account in Warsaw. My phone number 603326*** has been blocked in the Uber system. For a long time I have not been able to log in to the app or order a ride, and now when I try to log in I receive the message that the phone number is blocked. I no longer have access to the email address that was originally used to create this account and I would like to start using Uber again. My request is to unblock my phone number so that I can create a new Uber passenger account using this number and a new email address. I am asking you to check this number, remove the block and enable me to register a new account linked to this phone number.
