Unauthorized Twitch Charges by Two Streamers Without My Consent

I discovered this morning that two unauthorized payments were charged to my bank card on Twitch by two different streamers, without my knowledge or consent.

I only became aware of these transactions after waking up and seeing the email notifications. One payment was processed at 05:33, and the other at 06:07. Both transactions were for TRY 215.90, resulting in a total unauthorized charge of TRY 431.80.

These payments appear in my Twitch notification history, but I did not authorize or confirm either transaction through the streamers' channels or anywhere within Twitch. I also did not receive any transaction approval request or confirmation notification through the Garanti Bank mobile app.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately disabled my card for online purchases through my banking app. At this time, I have not identified any additional unauthorized transactions beyond these two charges.

I am extremely concerned about how my card information was used and how these payments could be processed without my authorization. I request that Twitch thoroughly investigate these two transactions, cancel the purchases made with the respective streamers, and refund the amounts charged to my account. I also expect a clear written explanation of how this security incident occurred and what measures Twitch has implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
