I sent TRX from my Tronlink wallet to Binance, but it hasn’t arrived; how can I recover my funds?

Please confirm that the transaction was properly broadcasted on the TRON blockchain by checking its status using a TRON block explorer. Make sure the destination address on Binance is correct and corresponds to your account.

It is also critical to ensure that you have enough TRX in your TronLink wallet to cover any network costs, as insufficient TRX may prohibit transactions from being executed.

If the transaction appears to have been successful on the blockchain but has not been reflected in your Binance account, please contact Binance's customer service for assistance.

Provide them with the transaction ID and any other pertinent information to aid their investigation. In the meanwhile, make sure your Binance deposit address is correct and that you've chosen the right network for the deposit.

Sometimes network congestion causes delays, so waiting a little longer may also cure the problem.
