Trendyol Refuses My Refund for Faucet Head That Didn’t Fit

On September 11, 2025, I purchased a faucet head from a seller on Trendyol. Since the product images included a photo of my own faucet, I trusted it and placed the order, but the product did not fit my faucet. I returned it the same day, explaining that the seller’s photos were misleading and falsely represented the product, as it didn’t match despite showing my faucet. On October 11, 2025, Trendyol called me and informed me that my refund was denied, claiming “user error.” I’m dissatisfied with both Trendyol and the seller. When I contacted the seller, instead of admitting their misleading product listing, they also blamed me for misuse. Am I supposed to return a product just by looking at the photo without checking if it fits? Despite explaining everything to the customer representative, no one helped me.
