On November 23, I ordered an Owala brand water bottle from the website owalatr.com and paid using my debit card. Although the product price was listed as $24, approximately $28 was withdrawn from my bank account. My order number appears as AX1000791674CD.
After placing the order, I was sent a tracking link for a site called Track718, which I used to follow the shipment. While the product was traveling from China to Turkey, the sender was listed as HMG, but no information was ever provided about which local shipping company would handle delivery in Turkey. On December 20, the tracking page showed the item as “delivered,” but I did not receive any package. Nothing was left at my door, and I received no phone call or SMS notification.
I contacted Owala, HMG, and Track718 multiple times to report the issue, but I received no meaningful response, and no one took responsibility. Seeing the order marked as “delivered” while the product is missing—and after I’ve already paid—is completely unacceptable.
I am requesting that the product be reshipped and actually delivered to me, with clear information about which shipping company is responsible and how the delivery will be handled. If this cannot be done, I demand an immediate and full refund of the amount that was charged to my card.
