I Keep Losing Tinder Messages and Matches Due to App Bugs

I’ve been experiencing serious problems with Tinder, particularly with the messaging system. First, while I’m typing a message, the app suddenly crashes and redirects me back to the main screen. When this happens, not only is the message I was writing lost, but the entire conversation and match disappear completely. I lose all contact with that person without any explanation.

Second, even for matches that remain active, previous messages randomly vanish. The match still exists, but all past conversations are gone. This makes it impossible to continue any interaction meaningfully.

Third, when I use the “First Impression” feature to send a message, the match appears successfully—but the message I sent doesn’t show up. The other person sees the match but never receives what I wrote.

I’ve reported all these issues in detail via email, but Tinder has not responded at all. There’s clearly both a technical issue and a customer support problem. I expect Tinder to fix these bugs urgently and provide real customer service. This is a paid service, and users deserve proper functionality and timely responses.
