Start by ensuring you're logged into the same Telegram account on all devices. Check that your internet connection is stable and try restarting the app or the device. You can also refresh the chat list by swiping down on the screen.

Make sure Telegram has the necessary permissions to sync data, particularly on mobile devices where background data restrictions or battery-saving settings might interfere.

On iOS, go to Settings > Telegram > Background App Refresh, and on Android, ensure Data Saver is not limiting Telegram. For desktop users, try logging out and logging back in to trigger a sync.

If the issue persists, you can clear the cache on the app (Settings > Data and Storage > Storage Usage > Clear Cache) or update the app to the latest version.

If none of these steps work, reinstall the app after backing up important data, as this can often resolve sync issues. For further help, visit telegram.org/support.
