My Telegram Phone Number Banned Unexpectedly

My Telegram account registered with the number +9053133494** has been inaccessible for about four months, since around September 12, due to a “Your number has been banned” warning. I deleted my account and reinstalled the app, but the issue was not resolved. I also tried logging in from different devices, yet I still receive the same error. I did not have any payment activity or Premium subscription on the account.
I’ve experienced similar bans before, but they usually lasted only 1–2 days, and my account would reopen on its own. This time, however, the ban has lasted much longer, and I did not receive any notification or message explaining a rule violation. I also have not received any emails about the issue on the email address linked to my account.
As I am currently preparing for the KPSS exam, I urgently need access to my Telegram account again. I request that this ban be lifted and that my access be restored as soon as possible.
Progress
I have been unable to use the Telegram app on my Infinix Note 30 phone for about a year; it appears that my phone is completely banned. When I open the app, I cannot use my account properly and cannot perform actions like a normal user.
I wrote to the Telegram support team about this issue, but I received no response at all—no email and no explanation within the app.
I request that I be clearly informed of the reason and type of ban applied to my phone, and that this ban be reviewed and, if it is an unjust action, be completely removed. Being restricted for a long time without any explanation prevents me from using the service and causes me hardship.
