I Face Telegram Support Ignoring My Request To Reactivate Frozen Account

When I tried to create a Telegram account using my new phone number (054212314**), I discovered that my account was frozen due to a rule violation. However, I was never given any explanation or told which rule had supposedly been violated. Since this is a newly purchased number, I believe the issue is likely related to the previous owner of the number, not me.
I have never violated any rules and only want to use Telegram for normal, legitimate purposes. I attempted to contact Telegram’s support channels, but could not find any solution. I also have no active payments or subscriptions associated with the account.
I request that my phone number be reactivated and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
